Steps in the Artwork Creation Process

1. Please use the contact form to register your interest.

2. On confirmation of registration of interest, send pictures of your pet (refer to tips for reference pics)

3. We can then discuss and agree on the composition, size, and framing requirements (if framing is required)

4. Pay a deposit of NZD$100 to book in the schedule.

5. Each portrait takes 2-3 days (at least 16 hours per pet), depending on the current workload.

6. Progress updates will be provided to ensure that the final result meets expectations. Rework can be time-consuming, so it is best to review during the process.

7. Agreement of finished artwork

8. Payment of outstanding amount

9. Delivery or Postage* of finished piece with Certificate of Authenticity, Care Instructions, and packaging.

• Please note that courier/postage is an additional cost. The cost of postage in New Zealand is approximately NZD$20 to urban areas, rural delivery will need to be quoted separately. International delivery should be no more than NZD$75 - this is the cost to courier to a UK address.
